We guarantee our work is going to meet your standards. If after you have received your copy you have some changes that you would like made (scenes/parts taken out, rearranged, etc...) you may request that we make those changes within the first week after you receive your copy. The files are only guaranteed to stay on our system for 1 week after the project is thought to have been received by the customer. Once files are removed then the project can not be appropriately edited.

Neofilm Productions started in 2004. It was a spin off of www.startaparty.com and started by Jeff Adams, CEO of Neofilm Productions. Neofilm partners with a variety of other individuals to form a creative team that can accomplish virtually any of your multimedia needs. Our network consist of graphic designers, carpenters, computer programmers, videographers, web designers, database developers, promotional staff, musicians, and more.

Upon receiving an inquiry from a customer a Neofilm representative will discuss with you all your options. Depending on the job, we may ask to meet and consult with you in person. When a price is quoted we will then move forward and complete an agreement.
After the job has started the customer may partake in the development of the project. This is great but typically not necessary and rarely happens. After the customer receives a copy of the final product they have one week to review it and make suggestions. The customer may request more time to review. However, by default we only guarantee to make changes and hold most projects for a week after the customer receives it.
Neofilm Productions is continuously working to acquire more and more professional equipment. Cameras, lighting, sound, software, computers, staff, etc... is continuously being updated to meet the on-growing demands of our customers.
